 | Mindi Irvine, MPT, Owner
Mindi Irvine attended Walla Walla College for 2 years before transferring to Loma Linda University. She graduated in 1993 with a B.S. in Life Sciences and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She is a native Walla Wallan and moved to Tri-Cities to be close to home. Mindi’s background has included 2 years of hospital / Skilled Nursing Facility work and 7 years of Home Health experience. She also has 11 years of experience in Outpatient Orthopedics in private practice.
She has had numerous advanced study courses in the area of orthopedics, exercise and manual therapy. She is dedicated to getting her patients well and deeply cares for her patients.
She loves spending time with her husband and four children, playing volleyball with her husband, cooking and capturing family memories with photography. She also enjoys volunteering at her church. |


 | Christina Castellano, DPT
Christina graduated from Loma Linda University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2007. She has since completed a vast amount of continuing education and clinical training in the following areas: women’s health including incontinence, pregnancy, post partum and pelvic pain rehabilitation and male incontinence post-prostate surgery.
Christina uses a whole body approach when evaluating and treating her patients. She focuses on changing movement patterns and finding the root cause of her patient’s symptoms. Christina uses techniques such as Strain-counter strain, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
Christina is a certified Pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating Pilates into her patient care. She also enjoys running, biking, skiing, yoga and mountain and rock climbing. |


 | Randelle Fuller, MPT
Randelle Fuller joined our practice in July of 2003. She is a native Hawaiian but is familiar with this area having attended Walla Walla College for 4 years. From there she completed Physical Therapy Assistant school at Loma Linda University in 1991. She practiced as a PTA for 8 years before returning to Loma Linda to complete a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2002.
She has had numerous advanced study courses in the area of orthopedics. She's a very competent manual therapist who genuinely cares for her patients. She will do what ever is humanly possible to get her patients well and her patients appreciate that dedication to their well being.
Randie is very active in the sports community. She's a member of the Tri-Cities Outrigger Canoe Club and enjoys jogging and working out at the gym. She also enjoys cooking, hula and singing with her family.
Randie's love of people, her care and dedication to helping others is exemplary and is what endears her to her patients. We are proud to have her a part of our team here at Oasis Physical Therapy. |


 | Jonathan Hughes, PTA
Jonathan is a 2005 graduate from Central Washington University with a BS in Exercise Science. Following CWU, he returned to school and graduated in 2006 from Whatcom Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He has a history in Sports Medicine, working with both high school and collegiate athletes and he continues to have a passion for sports performance.
Jonathan has taken several continuing education courses in functional training, and as a result tends to take this vantage point when helping people reaquire the level of performance and quality of life they expect of themselves. He would love to continue this area of training, as well as pursue greater hands on manual therapy skills.
While in college, Jonathan was an active member on the CWU track and field team. He has carried the training he recieved throwing hammer and discus into a new venture of the Scottish Highland Games. He also enjoys hiking with his wife and is always looking for new trails/paths to take. |

 | Wendy Fogelson, PTA
Wendy has spent the last eight years pursuing her interest in physical health and awareness. While at Washington State University, Wendy became interested in, and decided to pursue, a career in the field of physical therapy. She is a 2006 graduate of Green River Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. Currently Wendy is finishing her bachelors of science in Physical Activity and Health from Eastern Oregon University.
Wendy has spent the last four years developing her skills towards the area of orthopedics. Wendy likes to incorporate both functional and manual aspects of treatment to help patients meet their goals. She truly enjoys helping her patients return to the activities that they love.
In her off time Wendy loves spending time with her husband and their 3 children, scrapbooking, reading, running and involvement in church activities. |


 | Denise Traylor, LMP
Denise Traylor has been practicing massage therapy for over 24 years and has spent the last 8 years in the Tri-Cities area. Along with her years of experience, Denise received extensive trained at the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA. Denise is experienced in clinical massage therapy including Swedish, deep tissue, structural bodywork, acupressure, cranial sacral therapy, posturology, and Reiki. She especially enjoys working with injuries and seeing her patients progress to becoming pain free and more functional in the daily lives. Denise lives in Richland and enjoys art projects with her 3 grandchildren, gardening, photography, jewelry making, and has a passion for dance. She is dedicated to her patients and her love for them shows through her treatment.
Denise accepts most major insurances and offers a cash pay rate also. |
